Review: January 8th, 2016: Paid bill by card. Tipped by cash. Unauthorized charge of additional 50% to card.
January 14th, 2016: Contacted business to resolve error. Requested return contact by lunch next day. Received call at midnight. Owner left three minute voicemail acknowledging the unauthorized charge as an unauthorized charge. Stated the error would be resolved by lunch the following day. Voicemail readily available for any desiring party.
January 29th, 2016: Two weeks have passed from point of contact and no correction was ever applied.
Summary: The fraudulent charge of the staff and continued fraudulence of the owner do not compliment the service which left everything to be desired.Desired Settlement: All applicable reports are being filed. My money will be refunded.
