The camper was purchased on January 30, All warranty work is day time periodAll warranty work is done by usThe work was done by third party without consentThe camper was bought as a salvage title repair, (at less than half price) We fixed what was known to us but we did not see the
wiring damage or other damage as reported, the purchaser looked the camper over and didnt see it himself until almost three months laterWe have several parts campers that we could have given to the parts to the purchaser if he asked but decided to send third partyAs a side note the purchaser stated that he planned on completely remodeling the camper to his own liking and said nothing about any problems when he purchased the camper

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Bottom line is we were sold a Travel Trailer that was known to be in dangerous and unsafe condition to be sold as usableNow the owners "joke" of wrecking it and getting the insurance money makes a bit more senseIt would be one thing if a couple repairs were necessary to make it perfectBut the entire wiring had been ripped out of the unit, making the sale of this as usable beyond fraudulentEven when the specific question of "Does the AC work" was asked, and the answer of "Yes" was given, shows how deceiving this scenario wasAs the AC did not even have wiring running to it that that assertion could have ever been madeAnyone would be insane to bring this back to an establishment to get repairs done, that had sold this as good working condition in the first placeEven if they offered to fix it, the same, unsafe short cuts would be takenThis establishment is about their bottom line and nothing elseI have no interest in continue banter, either reject the complaint and take the tarnish on your business as is true, or pay for the repairs that were required to make this trailer usable.

As the "damage repaired" included the fender on the drivers side, you would have had to repair the fender with your eyes closed in order to not see the extensive damage hidden behind the fender. None of which was visible from inside or out, until the fender was removed. This was obviously ignore due to the expense of repairing it, and can be verified by the mechanic we used to correct the damage done.
