Saint Peter and Pauls Cemetery

We have paid for a headstone for my father who passed away July 2019. We were told that the headstone would be completed around December. There is no headstone present. We have had a lot of issues with the sales rep. (Erik U) who has handled our case. Time and time again he has been disrespectful, always making excuses as to why the headstone is not finished yet. He acted unprofessionally when his company made a mistake with the temporary stone, making a joke out of a serious situation. He also blamed my family when the temporary stone went missing. My family and I are tired of fighting this battle with this company regarding our father's headstone. We have suffered enough.
