I purchased a $hundred piece equipment from them last year and the product was fineA year later I encountered a minor problem with the equipmentI called and they refused to speak with me about the minor repair part I need to correct the problemAs a matter a fact they hung up on me when I was trying to explain my problemI called back and hour later hoping to get another employee, which I did, and began explaining my problem again and they asked if a called earlier and I said yes and they said I was uncooperative and again hung up on mePoor customer service
