To whom it may concern:The customer did call back after she received the order, and complained the order is missing a Free item (coupon) pieces of crab rangoon We double-check the order with the employee who packed the order Notice we know we did put the rangoons in the order We tried to explain to the customer, but she was not happy and started yelling and made verbal threats to us She then said she needs to call the police and Health Department We tried our best to satisfy her expectations, and we offered her another order of crab rangoon, but she didn't accept the offer She never complained about any hair in the rice P.S We did have an inspection from the Health Department on 2/28/2017, and the score was

We tried to explain to the customer, but she was not happy and started yelling and made verbal threats to us.  She then said she needs to call the police and Health Department.  We tried our best to satisfy her expectations, and we offered her another order of crab rangoon, but she didn't accept the offer.  She never complained about any hair in the rice.  P.S.  We did have an inspection from the Health Department on 2/28/2017, and the score was 96.
