Review: We ordered two t-shirts, Minquier 10 in neige/marine and ecru/persan, both XS, on August [redacted]. The ecru persan was delivered on time with no problems. However, the neige/marine in XS was out of stock, so placed a back order. They had honored us that this item would be sent as soon as they had gotten the item in stock. As of today, September [redacted], we have not gotten the neige/marine shirt. Whenever we call, he proceeds to explain that the item gets out of stock because of it's popularity. Online, it always says that the item is instock. The problem is that they do in fact get the stock, but we never get our back-ordered item. But because we back-ordered the item, we should be the first priority, but that isn't the case. They keep delaying the problem and breaking their promise. They keep pushing the idea to cancel the order for an item we've already paid for.Desired Settlement: We've been waiting for over a month at this point, so we just want to get our item.
