To Whom It May Concern -
I'm writing in response to a complaint filed by [redacted], ID# [redacted].
[redacted]'s order was shipped and USPS tracking (number below) shows the date and time of delivery. [redacted] asked if we could look at the tracking for her. We did so, first...
filing a claim with the post office, then speaking to them again to follow-up. The post office considers the issue resolved as the package was delivered.
I also tried calling the New Orleans post office branch associated with [redacted]'s address but could not get through. I suggested to [redacted] that she either go to the post office or that she leave a note on her home mailbox asking for her mailman's cell phone number so she could determine the exact place (in front of her door, with a neighbor, etc) to which the package was delivered.

I'm not quite sure what to do. I think we've fulfilled our part of the transaction but welcome your opinion.

Review: I made an order for merchandise totaling $613 from SailorMade USA on March **. This order was said to have arrived on March ** according to tracking information however it never did. I followed up with SailorMade who said they opened an inquiry however to no avail and they handed it over to me saying it was my responsibility. I checked with all the necessary people: all my neighbors, the post person etc and no one saw or accidentally misplaced a box the size the company described to me. It's taken a few weeks and all that SailorMade has told me is that I should keep calling the post office.Desired Settlement: I would just like for my money to be returned since I didn't receive the items.
