In September My husband and I have this company 100$ deposit for a headstone for our sonWe were sent a final bill in October but no headstoneWe called and asked to see the placement before we payThey never produced the picWe received another reminder him on NovemberWe again asked to see the stoneWe were told at that time it wasn't ready..they were behindCalled in Decemberstill wasn't readyCalled in January..it was told it was going to be placedTold her to let me know so we can come down to see it and pay the balanceFebruary no headstoneCall she tells us it's been placed but my husband and I at this point had been to site times and nothing was thereShe said she'd have her son call meNo callI call back she mentioned paymentI told her we have no headstoneShe said it's thereI said no it's not..we just leftShe said again I'll have my son call youI called the cemetery and they stayed that the company has not number out and they even went to see if maybe they may have placed it wrong(Which is not possible because they would need to go through the director first but he was giving them the benefit of the doubt tooWe went down again on thos past Saturday and no one qas at the shopThey were supposed yo be openI made the mistake and told them we would be there.needlless to say..We have not been able to get anyone on thr phone sinceWe have left numerous messages and no returncallAt this point we'd just like our money back
