Sailcraft did repair to our boat improperly, overcharged and did not complete all repairs.Complaint is contained in 5 page letter, 2 page investigation report and 21 page spreadsheet. please notify me of email or fax addresses I can send these to. Desired SettlementRefund of $4,400 and payment to complete repairs.Business Response Sailcraft properly executed initial necessary repairs to 42-year-old sunken twin engine gas power boat. All time and materials have been recorded and reviewed. Sailcraft is not able to match internet pricing. We have a profit margin necessary to maintain a brick and mortar business. Customer chose to bring boat to Sailcraft after multiple free-lance mechanics in town attempted to make engines run properly before the boat sunk. A final sea trial was completed with owner and our mechanic on board. Owner stated, "It's never run better." Due to age and condition of this boat, additional and continuous repair to systems is likely.
