When older vehicles are purchased extended warranty contracts are offered and the decision to accept or decline is yours; had the contract been purchased the issue would have been covered. Original service advisor presented everything that was known upon diagnosis of the issue. Do

My understanding is that the pre owned manager called and left a message in June informing that the issue be resolved and copy of billing be sent to him for reimbursement.  Sounds like that message did not get delivered.Tires are new to the original complaint but we are happy to assist clients...
