Simply put if you're consider getting work done from Sai Railing & Awning look elsewhere. Save yourself hours of heartache, frustration and disappointment. The principle of this company lacks integrity and has made over 50 appointments (no, I'm not exaggerating) to come back and finish a job which he was paid for and has failed to deliver each and every time. He lacks consideration, pride in work, respect for his brand and craft and has inconvenienced so many along he way. I believe this is the first negative review I've written in 30 years but feel it's necessary to save others from the frustration, disappointment and false promises of this firm. If I could turn back time we would never go back to Sai Railing even at the lowest price out there - it's not worth it. Please do yourself a favor, go elsewhere you will be much happier!
