Review: I signed a contract with Sahara business in December, 2012 and I deopsited to Sahara business the earnest money total $31,000. The contract did not go through. According to the contract, Sahara business should return my deposit back within 5 business days after I gave him notice in January. [redacted] who is CEO of Sahara Business broker promised to fully refund our deposit. However, he only repeat saying that he will return the money, but he never returned my deposit.

I really need my deposit back. Please help me to get my deposit back.

I am rejecting this response because: My attorney is contacting Sahara business attorney but they are not serious to pay back my deposit. Sahara business is saying that they do not have deposit($21,000).

The deposit should be in Escrow account and they supposed not withdraw fund from Escrow account. Sahara business is breaking raw by withdraw fund from Escrow account and using the fund in personal purpose
