Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2017/10/13) */ Mrs [redacted] purchased her new home in April, The lino repairs in questions were not reported to Adventure Homes until August, Typically we require that all cosmetic items be reported with in the first days of possession of the homeIt is our feeling that cosmetic issues that aren't present when the home first arrives are not caused by the build of the home and is caused by wear and tearHowever after reviewing the pictures we have decided to take care of this issueUnfortunately the [redacted] did not respond back to Mrs [redacted] in a timely matter which caused her to contact the Revdex.comWe have offered to send her the material for the repairs and she is getting us a bid from a local repair company to make the repairs and Adventure Homes will reimburse for this issue Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2017/10/23) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I am happy with their response BUT, the work will not be done until April because they didn't respond to my email in a timely manner so I would like this to be put on hold until they pay the contractor for the work they will do in April when I return to Wisconsin in April Thank You
