as was previously written by the customer, a young man came into Sahar Jewellers to buy a chainOne of our sales representatives helped him with his purchase, explained the differences amidst the chains and
helped him make a decision on which to buyHe soon came back and bought the desired chain, a 10k yellow gold chain, with an allowance for exchange within days and a warranty for yearHe came back a while later because the chain broke while he was swimmingWe promptly soldered the chain for him and returned it to him, free of chargeSome time later he called the store to let us know that it had broken again while he was swimming and that it had broke againThis chain is very hardy and does not easily break with activities such as swimmingthis chain was clearly abused far more than he was leading onOur sales associate informed him once more that we had a day exchange policy and no refundsShe asked him to bring in the chain so that the jeweller may look at the chainHe refused to bring it in unless he received a full refundHe was very rude and used harsh language and threatened to send the police on usHe went on for some time, unrelenting and uncooperativeEventually, the sales representative told him that there was nothing more that she could do for him on the phone and to bring the chain in so that the chain may be looked at and fixedOnce again he said that he was going to send the police and write to Revdex.com and hung up the phone
As stated our return policy is days exchangeWe will fix his chain as we stated, but under no circumstances will we refund this manThat is our policy and he was aware of this when he purchased the chainFurthermore, someone who treats others with such disrespect will not be given greater accommodationHe may come in and get his chain fixed, but that is all
