Review: I purchased a $200 gift certificate for Sahana Spa. The expiration date is next week so I called to make an appointment a few weeks ago only to discover, they went out of business! The new owners supplied me with the previous owner's name and email. I emailed her requesting a refund but received a notice that the email message was blocked; [redacted] is not accepting messages.Desired Settlement: I want and deserve a refund of $200.
