Business stated " the consumer came inside my business and handed me a ring with diamonds in itHe put the ring in my handI immediately noticed that their was no diamond in the centerI handed it back to him right awayI noticed there was no diamond in the settings for a long time because the
prongs were dirtyHe immediately accused me of stealing the diamondI told him that I would never do something like thatHe stated that he was going to call the copsI said okay callI told him, just to go about two blocks up the street, my friend is a jeweler and that he could replace the diamondI knew it wasnt going to be alot of money because of the size of the prong settingI told him after he was done there to come backHe went to my friend the jeweler and the owner asked him to write his information on the ticket, name, address, telephone etc He said he didnt want to and got mad at him and leftThe consumer can not get the replacement that I didnt even lose because he didnt follow that business rulesThe owner was going to give me the ticket to pay for it, but no, he didnt want to comply."
