I had only spoke with company over phone they sent out one of their employees to give me an estimate on price for maintenance of poolI received a call stating that they couldn't take our contract until we had our capacitor fixed or replaced and they gave me an estimate of what they would charge to correct the problemI emailed them back stating we would like them to do the work but we couldn't afford it at the timeWhen we were able to set it up they said it would be $to fix that and because the pool was green it would be an additional $to get it clear to start regular maintenanceI agreed to that and they were going to come on Monday to start the processI'm Sunday night I personally worked all night getting the pool back to a clear (no green) appearanceThey then told me that they had their guy already come out, and "lucky" for me it wasn't the capacitor after all but simply some wires that were crossed so my charge was only $It didn't really cross my mind until af
I purchased a Dodge Journey from this dealer on Saturday August 25, I didn't even own the car minutes before I was broke down in itI contacted the dealer, he told me "well I don't know what to tell you" and since has ignored every line of communication I've initiated with himI even offered to let him keep $and return the rest the of the money to me and he's ignored that offer alsoIt did come with a warranty but it doesn't cover the work that the car needsI put every dime I had into buying this carWe're a family of and it's been extremely difficult getting our kids back and forth to school and us to and from work
