This is a response from Sago Building management in response to receiving a complaint from a former customer filed through the B8B, Complaint ID: [redacted] ([redacted]). The complaint is from a single property within [redacted] that...

contains many properties within [redacted], Sago was contracted to install siding and cladding within these properties, among other things. It has been made clear in the customer complaint that some of the siding at this particular property is falling off, and he has requested that Sago repair the affected area at Sago's cost due to poor workmanship. This is however not the case and Sago is not obliged to service this repair and cost unless it is paid by the customer. It is stated in the contract that Sago will provide repairs within the warranty of ONE YEAR upon completion of installation. ATTACHED is Sago's invoice of the property which states that the job was completed in November of 2013 with an inspection signature in January of 2014, which renders the warranty for such repairs, expired.It is highly possible that some of the siding is falling off due to recent consistent bad weather conditions (heavy storms and extremely strong wind, etc.). In terms of addressing the assumption of poor workmanship, ATTACHED is a copy of the Request for Payment and inspection Reports from the County inspector for the particular property after the services were completed. It was signed and approved by the Owner of the properties within [redacted] as well as the owner's inspector, who concluded that the general work quality of the job done by Sago was “Good". It is also signed by the county's inspector which proves that the work done by Sago on this property has met satisfaction and authorizes payment. The inspection approvals show that Sago finished its services on this property not with “poor workmanship” but with work that meets all necessary approval and expectations. As a result Sago Building management will not be settling the customer's compiaint to repair the siding unless the customer agrees to pay the required cost for such repairs.If there are any questions of concerns regarding the complaint any further, feel free to contact Sago Building management using the information provided below.
