Review: Sagicor Life Insurance has not payout for my husband's claim

My husband passed away on 05/19/2015. It has been over 2 months and Sagicor has not made a payout. Eveytime I called to ask the claim status, they said they are waiting for medical records. I've signed release form .Claim department said I can request medical records. Hospital gave me a runaround. Since when it's the beneficiary responsibility to do all of this

My family is going through a very difficult time since my husband passed away. I need insurance payout to pay for my husband's funeral expenses debts. Sagicor seems not to take the claim in a timely mannerDesired Settlement: Sagicor Life Insurance make a payout promptly

This insurance company does not pay their agents once you bring them customers. Be very careful sending them any business. They also do not provide a toll free number for clients to call in. This is a very sketchy company with terrible management and terrible business practices. Stay away!
