They entered my info into their system incorrectly. I took heir receipt to the DMV and it was rejected because they didn't put the Jr at the end of my name which is on the form very clear and large on the first line. As ridiculous as this is, I went back to get a corrected receipt and I am told there is nothing that they can do. No correction, no refund, nothing. They tell me I have to do it all over and pay again!! Even though it was their mistake. I then did the whole process over and again they didn't put the Jr on but I caught it in time to correct it. I feel like hey are doing this on purpose. a one character mistake by them and we have to pay again? I feel very screwed by this Never had this happen to me in ** years. I asked my credit card company to not pay the first charge because they did no provide me a receipt for the services paid for that the state would accept. I did pay for the second service.Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied for the following reason(s):Did not get a usable receipt and they would not issue a corrected one. They made the mistake and forced me to do it all ascend time which they tried to do the same thing as the first time. I feel this is intentional, underhanded, and probably being done to others.To resolve the problem, I would like the following to take place:Have them stop asking me to pay for the first appointment. I am refusing to pay for a service where they mistakenly issue an incorrect receipt and refuse to correct it. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem, and will wait until April 15, 2015 before seeking help from a consumerDesired Settlement: Tell them I will not pay the first charge because they charged me for a service but did not provide a correct and usable receipt. If the state requires a receipt to have Jr. o it then they should make sure the receipt has it. My form is correct which I still have.
