So, if someone came and took care of it, I'm not sure why he would be considering removing it and having it redone, unless the person that came and took care of it made it worse which I won't know because I never saw what was wrong with it before he had someone else to take care of it. We shouldn't be held liable for someone else's work that may have made it worse. There are also some inaccurate details. It says he contacted three times in October, that's false.
