Sage Crest Apartments

Apt. Deposit, should not be charged for normal wear and tear per Nevada NRS 118a.242(4) was charged $90 for cleaning cupboards, single man, I used 1 cabinet entire time, $75 drapery cleaning, $ 125 carpet cleaning, I feel this is normal wear and tear, worked 12 hours a day 6 days a week, had tv, lawn chair and air mattress in apt. When I left apt. Waited for 2 hours for walk thru with manager, she never showed up, on their website I see other complaints on people losing all the deposits, I don't care about the money, but it is an integrity matter and no honesty on part of Sagecrest apartments, the cleaning fee for stove, refrigerator, and toilet I Understand, I Hope you look into this matter as a few hundred dollars can go along ways for other people as they move on, and not a tool for Sagecrest to pocket a few hundred dollars in there pocket!! I had previously contact them in certified letter per my attorney, and was going to take them to small claims court, but my attorney advised me it is not worth the time and money for a few hundred dollars, just hope this will help other tenants out in the future, again thank you....Desired SettlementJust hope business can be contacted and told they are being watched on their practices, and will help other people out, they should not be allowed to keep everyone's deposit, ...thank you
