I am rebutting the response from Omni Training regarding my Revdex.com complaint about their negligence in my case First of all, I did not purchase any drop-ship training from the company I purchased training on their Affiliate website program I also did not purchase online marketing training, as I was already a seller on EBay and Tophatter bidding sites I also signed up for them to develop an affiliate website for me, since I did not know about website development, nor wish to learn that part of the business I paid them $to develop the affiliate website and $for the training; however, in Omni’s response they said that they built me the site for free!! In my initial discussion with Omni, both they and I and my spouse decided that, since my spouse and I are both retired and living in a small residence, we did not want to pursue having any inventory; and since my spouse had previously had a drop-ship site before we got married, we did not wish to do that either, since he was not pleased with the drop-ship business Not once did we ever say that we wanted drop-ship training or a drop-ship site And I never “decided I did not want to learn to use the web-builder tool”, since I had made it clear from the beginning that I wanted them to build the site.Omni’s response also said that I “decided to go back to the affiliate website”, which is totally untrue since I wanted the affiliate site from the beginning In fact, all of my Omni training was dedicated to affiliate sites, NOT dropship Obviously, the write of Omni’;s response has no clue at all about what has really transpired, since almost everything he said was incorrect As far as the press release, that information is also totally incorrect First of all, the release was NOT re-written times Also, I never requested ANY re-writes, since I was never even shown the press release, until it was already published - without my consent, without my reading it, and without their even telling me they released it - until several weeks after the release The information I requested to be put in the release (and which was promised me it would be included) was NOT included Also, they told me to have “professional photos made”, which I did - and for which I paid $700- and they did not, of course, include those photos in the release - since they never even contacted me to tell me it was released I don’t know who wrote the release, but the spelling, punctuation, and grammar were all at a middle-school level There were rsentences, sentence fragments, misspelled words, etc The release also talked about my great customer support staff - of which I have none, since it is an affiliate site and all of the affiliate companies do the customer support They talked about the great shoes I sold on the site...and I don’t even sell shoes on the site!! It was a pathetic excuse for a press release I called to complain and, after pointing out all of the problems, Omni apologized and wanted to it, realizing their errors They even gave me half of the money back I told them I would re-write it, since I didn’t trust that they could do a good job, so they agreed and I re-wrote the press release and sent it to them with my “professional photo” to be re-released However, in the end, that re-release never got done either!!!As far as the website, it has NEVER been up and running I can’t even believe the Omni rep said that!! Yes, there was a shell with a few photos and a few products But, the way an affiliate site works is that when the buyer clicks on the products, the site takes them to the website of the affiliate (such as Amazon, Tennis Warehouse, etc) and the order is placed and paid for at that other site That other site packs and ships the product and is responsible for the customer service afterward My site then gets a portion of the sales from the affiliate site When you clicked on the products on my site, nothing happened You were not taken to that affiliate site and could not order ANYTHING Does that sound like the site was, as he stated, “up and running’? No way! I had, of course, ZERO orders, since the site was not “up and running” I am also appalled that they would say that I did not work with them I places hundreds of calls to them - and they to me I did all of my required lessons, plus extra nes on my own I got great reviews from my coach and we worked very well together In addition, I spent innumerable hours on emails and internet sites, getting affiliate companies to sign up and work with me on this site I researched many Google services - both with and without my coach, and I checked out every website I could find that sells women’s swimwear and tennis wear, trying to decide the best ones to emulate or not I talked to Omni’s programmer support group - and emailed with them, so many ti8mes I can’t even count However, when they initially told me the website would be completed in a few weeks (when I started in January) and it still was not “up and running” by October, I did cancel the hosting with them After all, in addition to all of the up-front fees I paid, I was paying a monthly $fee for the hosting ..with not one penny to show for it!I do agree with one thing Omni said - that, in order for a business to be successful, both the company and the student have to work together However, in this case, the student did everything required- and more, and the company did nothing they promised, except for the training. One last thing, when we made our initial conversation with Omni, they promised me that I would have to put NO more of my money in the business, other than what I invested that day However, at least once or twice a month, other ‘departments’ of their company would call and say that, if I want my business to be successful, I also need to purchase XYZ Well, XYZ varied from needing money to form a corporation, money to get someone to help me get a business loan, money to have their support group make my site number one on Google searches, etc I said “no’ to the first requests, but inevitably gave in when they insinuated I didn’t want my business to succeed if I didn’t accept these additional offerings They should be ashamed!!! Ms*** seems to be very confusedMr*** purchased weeks personal training, the gold marketing package and the embark web builder toolthat total cost was $8000.00, we are not sure where she is coming up with her figures for $30,we do not have anything packages near that costMs*** purchased the press release later to help promote her new business as wellThe chain of events that led to this complaint haven't changed, but im afraid Ms*** has gotten very confused on what she originally purchased and we did everything in our power to help herthe cost of us to create a website for someone is $and we did not charge Ms*** for the site after she indicated she didnt want to use the Embark tool she purchasedwe do not have $sitesagain seems to be a case of confusionMs*** completed all of her training and was given an extra class free of chargeMs*** had a completed website with products loaded which she shut downWe are at a loss for what to do, she got everything she paid for plus quite a bit extraWe are happy to help anyway we can but most of what is being said is a clear case of Ms***'s confusion thanks, Omnni Training

I don't feel it is right for any business to take someone's money that quickly, claiming to teach them how to make big money and then not follow through Their so-called big training programs lasted for only minutes, which didn't amount to a hill of beans They could sure take 4-digit figure money fast, but I didn't get anything in returnThey make so many claims, but I didn't make a dime when I followed their teaching for weeks, almost They just kept on wanting more money from me Yes, they just asked for 4200., plus monthly, but they also turned me over to the Prime Corporate Services, who got another from me for "supposedly" LLC licensing, etc I don't think I should be responsible for all of this, as I didn't make a dime They even wanted me to supply my things, or products, to sell on Ebay I think all of this talk about dropshipping is a skam They would have kept taking more money for products to sell, but was trying to convince me that I didn't have to purchase anything to sell or to buy It's really ridiculous and something should be done about it so they won't be taking other innocent victims like me

To Whom It May Concern, On January 16, 2016, Ms*** *** purchased our week one-on-one affiliate / drop-shipping training program, the embark web builder tool, and online marketing training. During Ms***’s welcome call, she decided to focus on affiliate marketing and then she
began her trainingIn April 2016, Ms*** decided she did not want to learn to use the web builder tool and requested that Omni Training build her a drop-ship websiteOmni Training then gave her a brand new platinum built drop-ship website free of chargeAfterwards, Ms*** decided she wanted to go back to her affiliate websiteSo, Omni Training then rebuilt Ms***’s website once again to fulfill her wishesAround the same time, in April of 2016, Ms*** purchased a press release in order to promote her upcoming website, which has been completed as promisedThe press release included three re-writes; however we never received any request for such a rewriteMs***’s website has been completed and up and running by Omni Training since she requested us to rebuild itIn November 2016, Ms*** requested to have the hosting of her website cancelled, so we are no longer hosting her website or charging her a monthly hosting fee, therefore it is not currently online. Our training program at Omni Training requires both our company and the student to work together, which did not happen in this caseAs Omni Training explained from day one with Ms***, this is a joint effortOmni Training cannot build a business for someone; we can only give them the steps, training, and support that we have promisedAll of which we have doneSincerely, John T***

On May 10, Ms*** purchased the week training program which consists of the web builder tool, website training and online marketing trainingShe has unlimited access to trainers, webinars and our digital training platformThe total cost was $4,and $monthly, not
$7,849.00. She was still logging in and using the digital training program until the day before she filed her complaint She did of her training sessions and she has missed the last weeks of her trainingAs we discussed over the phone, we can only give her the tools to succeed with her business but cannot make her use themPg of the Service Agreement that Ms*** signed states:Services: In order to understand and clarify the services and relationship, Client and Marketing Company acknowledge and agree that: Client's purchase includes weeks of CoachingThis Coaching consists of weekly sessions and discussions to identify the Client's business goals, strategies, and plans of actions intended to achieve such goalsMarketing Company will monitor Client's progress toward the implementation of these goalsUnfortunately, Ms*** did not complete her training, she did not use the web builder tool, nor did she utilize her trainersMs*** took the time to take our customer satisfaction survey and rated her sessions very highIt is strange that Ms*** is filing a complaint against OmniWe believe she is confused about the companies she is working withShe indicated that she purchased an online easy money program, globalonlinefranchise.com, on May 16, Ms*** reached out to us and purchased our training program on May 10,

In response to Ms. [redacted]’s issues she is having we are sorry that she is having problems and we here at Omni Training would like to resolve them and we have been trying to reach her to help her out for the last few weeks. Just to clarify we are not associated with nor do we know of [redacted]. ...

We also never promised Ms. [redacted] a website. Its never been a topic. Its not in her contract or in any notes. This is the first we have heard of this issue. We did know of an issue finding a dropshipper and our coaches have been working with her to help find one for her. So far we have the following documented for what we have done with Ms. [redacted] -3 of our 5 one on one training sessions -7 calls with no response with voicemails being left. (for the last 2 weeks) -22 calls with Ms. [redacted] -6 emails into her, -32 online training sessions. I would recommend for you Ms. [redacted] to call any of us back to help you resolve this issue. We would like to help you but if we cannot reach you it makes it difficult. Im sure we can figure this out so please reach out. You can call me to if you would like. Our number her is [redacted] Thanks John T[redacted]

RE: Complaint ID # [redacted]   Der Karina, I’m sorry this matter has taken so much of everyone’s time. After may discussions with Ms. [redacted] it was very clear that she is working with multiple companies and even indicated that she wanted the money back from her training so she can invest in a get rich quick company and no longer wanted to work with her trainers.    There was never mention of money on our part as we are a training company that teaches people to build their own web site, which Ms. [redacted] didn’t even start.  We are all still very confused as to why Ms. [redacted] signed up and did almost all her proactive training to begin with if she had no interest in learning to create her own site and techniques on marketing her site.   Ms. [redacted] is very confused, she is working with multiple companies and as discussed when she signed up, you get out of the training what you put in and unfortunately Ms. [redacted] gave very little effort and was getting confused by trying to work with multiple companies at the same time.  As always Omni Training stands behind our products and services and will do anything we can to help Ms. [redacted] complete her project and have her Drop-Shipping site up and running as soon as possible
