Review: We were denied access with our service dog. We called the police who informed them of the law and that they could not deny us access. Their resolution was that they would only give us a table in the back corner and if anyone came in who felt uncomfortable about the dog then we would have to leave. This is illegal and unfair to the 5 year old little boy who was denied access to his favorite restaurant because of his medical condition.Desired Settlement: To not deny service to little kids with disabilities. Just the look on his face, no parent deserves to experience what we did.

Review: Found advertisement in the local [redacted] Magazine falsely advertising a "Tuesday Sushi Special Up To 50% Off After 3PM [redacted] Location Only" advertisement. After work tonight (TUESDAY) I drove past a billboard on the side of the road with a displayed advertisement for Saga with the same deal advertised in the [redacted] Magazine, considering Saga is just up the road I figured I would come by to take them up on their advertised offer of 50% off sushi. After I arrived and inquired about the special I was informed that there is no 50% off sushi and that there were absolutely no specials like that for this restaurant. Despite mentioning both ad's with Saga's name on it I did not receive 50% off my sushi on my bill.

I have pictures of the advertised 50% off sushi special that they did not honor.Desired Settlement: I am not looking for a refund or coupons from a business that has to lure in customers with a false advertising campaign to con people like me out of their money.
