Review: 8 pillows were brought in for service and only 7 were returned and one had a bleach stain on it. Several calls were made since the beginning of July and the owner has failed to call back or resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: I asked them to cover their portion of the damages so that I can replace the pillow that is missing and the pillow that was damaged. I gave them an estimate from [redacted]l Shabby Chic Couture for $400.
