[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I requested that the business inform me of the date that the lien release was received Once determined, submit $100.00/ per day from that date until 5/11/ Regards, [redacted] ***
Good Morning,
I bought a Pre-Owned Hyundai *** at the said dealership on 5/14/ I was able to take it home the same day with upon completion of all necessary financing paper works and with a print out vehicle registration & and a hard vehicle plate they gave me that they said all is validAfter months, I got issues with my car already:
After months my AC compressors broke down and needed a replacement which cost me $which I literally cried on my job desk when I was told about the cost of replacementBut I have no choice but to pay it on my own even after calling this dealership about the issue and they said they can't cover it I sent an email to their Pre-Owned Manager Mr Rob B*** regarding this matter because it is just really very Frustrating to me that the AC compressor broke down in just months and he said that he will need to get an approval to the Branch Manager, Mr Scott L**As of this date I have not heard any response yet even when I
I was in contact with a salesman for about a week before I made the trip down from Pittsburgh (about a hour drive) in a snowstormBefore I left, I asked about a warning light in one of the picturesThey assured me the issue was fixed and I had nothing to worry aboutI make the hour drive, get there, and guess what? The warning light is still there, and it is not resolvedThe Adaptive headlights don’t work, and that can be a $fixSalesman tried explaining to me that the headlights work and that the light disappeared and then just came back on before I arrivedManager came over and made the situation worseWas with wildly incompetent or lying when he said his tech’s fixed the issue and then all of a sudden the issue popped back upAlso, they have a $doc feeI use to work at a dealership and we had a $doc fee, and I thought that was ridiculousThe salesman smugly informed me; “Welcome to Virginia” and stated that it would be illegal if he charged other customers
I sold my vehicle to this dealership on 4/21/ Although I still owed money on it, Safford paid off my loan and agreed to give me the difference between the price that I sold it to them for and what I owed They informed me that "someone" would call me once they received the title from the bankI waited several days before I inquired about the status of their receipt of the titleEach time I called or emailed the dealership, they referred me to finance and dismissed me as though I was a childThe bank informed me that the title was released to Safford on 4/25/I have called a different person in their finance department several times since that dateI went back to the dealership on 4/28/to speak to the salesman who purchased my vehicleThe salesman refused to speak to me and no one has ever returned my calls or emails to tell me whether they received the title or when they will give me the check that they still owe me
