I made a major purchase from Saffire blue, which was a HUGE MISTAKE.
Saffire blue immediately charged my credit card for the entire amount (1200$) without telling me that 1/3 of my order was not available and would not ship for at least a month. (They would not provide a refund, only an in store credit, so my money is tied up and I can't make my products - after reading other reviews, I am really concerned whether I will get my products at all)
When I received part of my order, it had 3 errors in it. No communication, no paperwork, wrong product, missing items. I had to log into my account to see why so many items were missing. This company does not reply to emails, you have to chase them down. One item they sent me did not match the product description, so it was of no use to me - when I returned it in good faith, they charged me a 25% fee for their mistake. I feel ripped off and would hate to see another small business go thru this - Read reviews before buying from this company - better still, buy elsewhere
Have been a customer of Saffire Blue for several years now Their customer service is seriously lacking Their timeline for shipments is unacceptable Orders have been short shipped When an item was backordered it was requested not to be shipped when it came back in stock It was shipped anyway When it was returned to them, I had to call them to ask for a refund [redacted] Nothing has changed and likely never will I, as well as many others will no longer do business with them They are difficult to deal with, don't respond to e-mails and their customer service is unacceptable
[redacted] Safety alert - I received dangerous goods in severely damaged state Couldn't turn it back to courier in good conscience [redacted] *** Saffire stated they take no responsibility with shipping or damaged / lost goods My credit card company says thats INCORRECT...dispute is going on...no attempt by Saffire Blue to recover, replace or reimburse They just don't communicate at all[redacted] business ethics and practices Shame on you Saffire Blue The dispute has also reached [redacted] at this stage and I can only hope to effect change so other crafters aren't disrespected and [redacted] in the same ways
I have a rather frustrating experience with the company from an online order experienceFirst of all, unlike (just about) other online services, Saffire Blue will charge you upfront right at the time of orderTypically, online stores charge when the shipment is on its wayIn my case, the shipment was delayed and I have to cancel (or I will miss giving the gift for the occasion)After cancelling the order, the company do not refund after more than business days, and I am still waiting for them to take action on my refundHere is the mystery: it's only less than [redacted] At this time, I am not sure if I will get my money back
Terrible customer service with representatives that are full of attitudeWhen they finally respond to your complaint (which can take minimum business days for a simple response) they do not address the issue and instead ramble about how we should be more understanding to their busy seasonI've placed an order in November and it still hasn't been fully completed yet! The company didn't even find it necessary to tell me that half my order is missing and items are completely out of stockThe website shows their in stock but apparently they do not have anyI would highly recommend searching for other companies - or ordering at least to months in advance if you need any products
