This is the worst ever experience I had in movingI can't imagine such things can happen in USA The pick up driver gave so much of hassle, kept on claiming more money after loading few items, spent several hours holding up loading by talking on phoneAsked for a price increase, then even after we agreed to a higher amount, again demanded more money, finally left several items behindHe charged us double the amount of the initial estimate he gaveWe had no alternative to his last minute demand for more money as we had to vacate the house the next day The delivery was done by another group of mover, brought stuff in a rental truck demanded cash payment of the entire balance before unloadingDid not bring even bring a trolley initially Damaged our lawn by dragging the treadmill across the lawn instead of using a trolly because they did not bring one., Damaged our concrete drive way by dropping heavy furniture off the truck onto the drive wayBroke furniture, damaged edges of walls, doors, damaged carpet by dragging furniture across it They said they have nothing to do with US moving services inc, they are only contractors We had to promise them a tip so that they don't damage the home and furniture anymore

This company is a complete rip offThey charged me over a thousand dollars more that they quoted me and told me my quote was locked inThey are a bunch of liars and thievesThey did not protect my furniture as they said they would with moving blanketsThey did not give me all my stuff and when I tried to call the movers as they were leaving they would not answer the phoneThey wanted to charge me double over the original quote, when I balked they said they would give me a better dealLIARESAfter they got my stuff on the truck they hit me with a bill that was well over a thousand moreDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This is the worst moving company that I've every had! They stole numerous items from my move, didn't write anything out of the garage on their inventory sheets which contained a weed eater, pole chainsaw, generator, and edger. Didn't know how to pack a grandfather clock pendulum and weights, just throw it in a box and left the neck of the pendulum sticking out. Over charged me every time I turned around they were charging me for something else. They didn't show up on the day and time they were scheduled and stayed later than expected. Only had one guy boxing up stuff and took forever loading the truck. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They are horrible.
