Ordered boots. Boots were way too big. Other sellers of the same boots, inform you to order at least one size smaller, boots run big. They don't.I contacted Safety Source at the ebay provided email address, at the Amazon address, and at their web store address about the size discrepancy. I haven't heard from them once. Not even an email to ask me to return the boots. Every other retailer advises customers to order AT LEAST one size smaller, as these boots run big. This is an order that dates back to 10/22/14 on EBAY. EBAY does have contact information available for direct emails, through phone numbers and EBAY customer service directly. All of which have never received any contact with this customer. In response to the product, the Mfg. [redacted] along with our history does not confirm the validity of this product running large.or fitting incorrectly. Our personal history is that this boot fits to size. But don't take my word for it, please call the Mfg. directly and they will tell you the same thing. I have no information indicating that ALL other websites including the Mfg. are issuing size warnings regarding this product. Further, since this customer never contacted our company or EBAY directly where he purchased it we can no longer offer a return for a product that is over 4 months old. My guess is this customer does not like his now used pair of boots and is looking for something for free which we cannot and will not offer.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)This business owner is a complete LIAR! I contacted this business three times, AS SOON AS I tried on the boots after receiving them, through three different email addresses I found searching their business name. One email address that I found on the ebay reciept (I can't contact directly through ebay's email since I'm a guest user), one on their website, and on on an Amazon website they run.Not ONCE did the retailer contact me regarding this transaction! I waited about two weeks after sending the three emails to allow time for busy schedules, etc.After the two weeks with no reply, I contacted my credit card company for a refund, which they granted, but rescinded, because it was a valid transaction (Only because I received boots I ordered), but they failed to take into consideration that the retailer sent me merchandise which is USLESS to me.I deserve a FULL refund, and I am willing to send the merchandise back at THEIR cost, because I received ill-fitting merchandise because of THEIR oversight!
