Dear Sir or Madam: Mr** purchase a Mercedes-Benz CL AMG Coupe with 115,miles from Luxury Motorsports on October 21, 2016. After Mr** had the vehicle for approximately days we were contacted about some repairs that were recommended Mr** had taken the vehicle to
a Mercedes-Benz dealership and was provided a list of recommended repairs for this vehicle. Unfortunately, any mechanic can find recommended repairs for many vehicles with 115K. Non the less to try to keep our customers happy and we offered to have any of the repairs Mr** wanted done at our facility at a reduced labor rate as long as he purchased the parts. This was unacceptable to Mr** The repairs Mr** is requesting we fix are not covered under the Implied Warranty. My offer still stands Thank You, Rico G*** Luxury Motorsports - Owner

In the state of Arizona you can not sign a contract and then change your mindThat is what they tried to do and we allowed them to get out of the contract through Goodwill on our part.The initial complaint stated the title was not in the sons nameThe second response says he had permission to trade the vehicle. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My son did have permission to trade in the car as long as the dealership contacted me with contract details that were acceptable to me, that was not done. The truck also had faulty brakes, was pulling to the right while driving. The contract deal was unacceptable and we tried to cancel the contract the following morning and the dealership refused to cancel.

Sorry for the delay in responding, I have been out of town. I have spoken with my managers and the salesperson involved and I am receiving some conflicting information. The salesperson is telling me he had an application that the customer took. Unfortunately I do not have...
much to go on. I respect the customers complaint and all my employees have been made aware of it. If the customer is still interested I will be more then happy to deal with the personally. Sorry for the limited response but I just do not have much to work with. Thank You,Rico G[redacted]602-569-1400
