Review: There are two complaints. In April 2013 I placed an online order with Safety Pins Bulk for 3/4 inch T-Pins and two sizes of coil-less safety pins. When the items arrived the t-pins were the wrong size. I contacted [redacted] via email and voice message about the problem asking for a replacement. After several communications we made arrangements to ship the t-pins back and they would send out the correct size. We have yet to receive the order, even though we shipped the pins back to them. During this time I placed another order for more coil-less pins and have not received that order either, order #[redacted]. I have called and emailed several times and get no response.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the product that we ordered and paid for.
