This individual's boyfriend called 20 minutes prior to the start of the class to let us know they would not be able to attend the class. It was not possible to fill their seats with only 20 minutes notice. We have a no refund policy on...
classes. I extended this individual the courtesy of putting them on standby for the next class in the event someone doesn't show. I even reassured them we typically have some that don't show and that we would probably have a seat for them. Unfortunately, that did not satisfy this person.
