A price was posted on their website for a product, *** for $129.10. I purchased this item, provided my credit card, received an order acknowledgement, and waited a few days and was checking the status of the item, which by 12/16 was shown as awaiting shipment to ship (the item was shown as stock so it was expected to ship the same day or next day at the latest). After a couple of days (12/14 to 12/17) I received an email saying they have cancelled my order due to an incorrect price. My complaint is that this is wrongful. A price cannot be agreed upon, payment taken, and then changed.
Additionally, in November, I had purchased from this same company a similar item, only to find out when I checked the order status about 2-3 weeks later that they had flat out cancelled and refunded the order without ever alerting me of the change.

Billing Adjustment The desired resolution, in my opinion is for the seller to fulfill the order at the price originally paid for *** at $129.10 + $30 shipping.

The customer ordered the item for $129.10 on Friday, and we've provided a complete refund back to the customer on the following Tuesday. The reason is that the SKU , price, and Image were posted in error. The actual price for this product is $429.10 each + shipping. The lowest for the item is selling for $413.70 on competition stores

The pricing discrepancies is more than 300%. This is a honest mistake on our part. However, we can to provide free shipping + a 10% discount on the item.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept the response by William. Mistakes happen, and I understand that but two mistakes by the same company and ignoring customers is not the correct way to do business. It should not take a Revdex.com complaint to respond to emails. 10% and free shipping is not even close to the price posted and paid for originally. 50% off and free shipping would be acceptable if the actual pricing you are claiming is true, even though that still has me overpaying from the original amount posted and accepted by you. Two errors by one company taking money and cancelling or refunding is not a good business practice, maybe your internal operations should be redefined. If this was in a brick and mortar store, I would already be home by now paying the original price, just because it's an internet store, doesn't mean companies should be able to go backwards and cancel an order and take their materials back after sold.
