unprofessional on the part of two employees that have been terminated. However, we would like to dispute that our phones go unanswered. We have a great administrative staff that is great at there job. We do have contracted reps and technicians whose cell numbers we provide to the customer in case they have to reschedule an install or appointment. Our reps and techs can not answer their phones when on other jobs. We believe this is where some of the customers frustration was coming from. Fortunately, this matter is resolved so all parties involved are happy.
