at my home said was a mistake. This company is full of lies and I do not believe I should be penalized and have to stay in a contract of 36 months that was given under completely inaccurate terms and false statements. Thank you for your help looking into this matter.

Review: Was convinced to start a risk free trial of security services for 1 month with no contract or charges. Next day was charged $99, called representative and was told by him that he would look into it. Next day was charged an additional $110, couldn't get a response from representative. At that point wanted to cancel trial but never could get ahold of rep. Now am told that it is a 3 day time frame to cancel contract and now I have no choice but to pay every month for the next year. Was lied to from the start and company misrepresented their service. Have now spoken to safe haven cs and adt cs multiple times with nothing resolved. Was guaranteed that the 2 charges totalling $220 would at least be refunded. That was 2 weeks ago and still waiting. Very poor customer service from safehaven, the guy in charge of cancellations, Richard S[redacted] basically called me a liar when I told him the rep, Malcolm G[redacted] told me I had 30 days to cancel. He was ambivalent about the entire thing. Never will do business with safehaven or their parent company ADT ever again.Desired Settlement: I want the promised refund of $224.18 to be given and the contract that was signed under false terms to be voided immediately.
