Our roof was replaced by Safeguard back in 2007. After a heavy wind storm in 2016 we noticed several shingles had come off. I called Safeguard who came out within 24 hours. They promptly called the shingle manufacturer and obtained replacement shingles and repaired everything at no cost. They were not only responsive, courteous and professional but called everyday to let me know what was going on during the process. I would strongly recommend them to everyone I know. Most companies would be too busy working on new roofing projects to take care of my small repair issue. These folks are the real deal.
