Review: Safecount is a survey community in which you complete surveys and are rewarded points which translate into money. I have not received any surveys since September, and I am below the cash out threshhold. Therefore, I am unable to cash out because I have not made enough money. I cannot make any MORE money because they will not send me surveys. I called [redacted] in their [redacted] office and left two messages. I emailed them on their online form twice with no response. Finally, after attempting to contact them for a month, I left a message at the New York headquarters indicating the above steps I had taken and asked someone to please get back to me. I had an issue with them last summer in which I was not paid for a survey. After about 15 calls and emails, I finally got paid. The 800 number on their site does not work. I just attempted to access their site, and the page has been taken down!Desired Settlement: I would like them to send me the cash I have earned and close out my account.

Review: I complete surveys for this site and many times upon completion, I do not receive the promised reward. I have messaged them on their site and called to complain, but no one responds. I finally earned enough points to redeem an award. I redeemed the award on July [redacted], 2013. After 10 weeks, I still have not received the award. I have messaged and called the company and have not been contacted to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: I would like my earned $25 gift card e-mailed to me.
