We reached out to the customer and resolved this to their complete satisfaction. This very valuable customer satisfied all terms of his original agreement with us and was incorrectly billed. Because this customer was so honorable, he sent in a check for the amount of the over billing....
We voided this check and sent it back to him. We apologized for this mistake and got it handled immediately when it was brought to our attention.
