Safe Shepard refunded the money they charged my account, after they supposedly deleted all the information in my account, 'by accident.' Though I loved this company when they opened-and they tout their services with links to
articles about them by top journalism outlets-the quality of their service declined to the point of them tremendous concernAs mentioned, they have no telephone number which led me to other methods of searching for the company and it's owners, onlineI found an address and telephone number and called that, and this too forced me to send them an emailI got my bank involvedThey phoned a number that they had, which sent them to a 'young man on his mobile phone,' who then told them to send an emailEmails go unanswered for days and weeks
Safe Shepard behaves in a not so safe wayAny company purporting to secure your most sensitive information, should be ready, willing and able to speak with their customers at all times
