Hi- I informed customer that I had ordered touch up paint for his safe he purchased from safe and knife coI also mentioned it usually takes awhile 2-weeks to receive, customer called me 1st part of november saying he didn't receive touch up paint yetso I called manufacturer again requesting
some be sent out asap. I was under the impression my customer received the paint, safe and knife co provides excellent customer service for years now, we are a family owned small business, we 100% depend on customer refferals, I was suprised to receive this information from the Revdex.comMy customer who contacted you lives about 1-miles from my store, we sell safes in about a mile radius- and when customer was in we had a very pleasant meeting when he bought safeAt this point i'm ok with $discount or whatever customer feels necessary to take care of this problemthank you, John *** ###-###-####
