We are very sorry that there was a misunderstanding but we don't feel there was much more we could have done since the pricing was discussed several times and was never changed There was a first hour charge, as explained by quote, which was broken down and itemized on the invoice, so we believe that's from where the complaint derived Since there were so many of the customer's friends/family there who seemed somewhat persuaded that we had done something wrong, we felt it was wise to just state our case and not to stay and argue, which could upset those that may have already been agitated, but all our charges can always be explained The customer was given discounted pricing and we are glad to have been able to work with them Please feel free to contact us by phone to discuss a possible resolution at 614- [redacted] Thank you!
