proceeded to call Mr. [redacted] for a period of two weeks to set up an appointment to remove the security system installed so that we could then issue refunds due to the customer.  Upon completing the removal of the equipment in early May, ADT has now issued the Customer refund at this time.  Safe Haven offer's our apologies for the delay.  Thank you for your review.
