Scotty is a great home inspector and he is very professional! He helps people find their home and he explains everything that needs attention so you know what needs to be done right away. His Inspection reports are very through and that has helped us to know what we need to do. I contacted Scotty at Safe Haven Home Inspection on the advice of my real estate agent. I had a very poor experience with a home inspection when purchasing my previous property. He was very kind and didn't mind a rather long conversation about his credentials and how the whole process would work with him.

He was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, patient, kind, and made certain that I understood each item on the report in layman terms. The 80 page (with photos!) report he provided exceeded my expectations, but his service didn't end there. He was able to make suggestions on what to have repaired, the cost for labour and materials for things, and even went back to do further inspection on the property for free after the homeowner had repairs done to make certain the repairs corrected the issues.

I would most certainly use him again and would recommend him to anyone for home inspection or other services.

He looked at every facet of the home....took notes, gave an explanation on his findings, and made recommendations.
