Safe Haven Contracting

I gave Safe Haven Contracting a deposit for new windows.I have no windows and no money.A refund was promised to me several weeks ago...no money backOn April 7, 2015 I gave [redacted] of Safe Haven Contracting a deposit of $750 for windows for my house.The check was cashed on April 13 , 2015.[redacted] told me if would be a couple of weeks and the windows would be put in.After several calls I finally heard from him on June 2, 2015.He would not be putting in the windows and would refund my money the next day. He said, "A check will be in the mail tomorow."It is now June 17, 2015 and I have no check, no money.I have called numerous times and left message at the [redacted]. [redacted] does not answer his personal cell and the mailbox is always full....cannot leave a message.That cell is [redacted]. Desired Settlement[redacted] is a good guy who put a new roof on our house last fall 2014.I just want my money back.He never gave us a physical address for contact. I got this off the Internet using his phone number.Can you help me"Thank you,[redacted]I received a check from [redacted] on Saturday June 20, 2015. I am going to cash it today.
