Very happy with the carpet cleaning that was done today. I really did not think the carpet could look and smell so good. I would choose Safe Dry again for my carpets and couches.
Area rug was cleaned March 2019 and has since discolored.
Area rug was picked up and cleaned in March 2019 and looked great. Its now December and rug has discolored from off white to pink beige. We contacted company and asked if chemical used could contribute to the discoloration as to we have not used any other product on rug only vacuum. The lady we spoke with advised that it took us 10 months to notice this and they only had a two week warranty on cleaning. They would be happy to send another technician out but would charge us a service call. I paid $90 to have area rug cleaned with no service call charge. Representative was rude and argumentative with little respect. I feel company is liable for the discoloration of this carpet possibly due to dirty rinse water
I feel the company should at least re-clean the carpet at no expense
I would highly recommend Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning! *** and *** were absolutely amazing and completely cater to the customer on what they need. My carpet looks better than ever. Also they both have the best personalities and overlooked that my dog kept barking at them. I will be using them again and will recommend to any of my friends and family to use them.
Their tech ***, is a hard worker. He is reliable and dependable and does a great job. When scheduling the appointment it was a very pleasant, professional and *** was very accommodating.
They advertise a special for $165 for 800 sq ft and then $119 for pet treatment so that was what I was expecting but the final charge was over $600. When I call and talked to the Manager, she said it was between me and the technician and that she didn't have a dog int the fight. It doesn't add up to me and I still feel like I've been robbed. Tried to talk to the owner and the Manager wouldn't help. The Technician was professional and did good work, it's just the math don't add up and I would like to talk to the owner about the managers' lack of concern for the customer.
This business has a website saying that they clean three rooms for $88. When they had finished the job they charged $288. I had looked up on *** for Carpet Cleaning and this company came up in and said that they were cleaning 3 rooms for $88 and I asked if they were still running that special. Spoke with the manager and he said he would honor the $88, so I hired their company to clean three rooms for $88. My mom and dad are senior citizens that are 80 years old and they paid the service tech what he said they owed them. He charged them $288. When I came back home and found out I called manager and he said that they had to measure each room and charge accordingly. That's nowhere on the website. I told him I wanted my money back and that I would be willing to give him the $88 according to the agreement. 2 weeks later they sent us $100 check and I think they owe us another hundred.
We don't want them back in their home we would just prefer to have a full refund of what they overcharged them.
We are terribly sorry that this has happened in the first place! It is unfortunate that we failed in resolving this issue and we are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that it is taken care of! We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and stand behind all of our work. So, if you are not happy, there should have been no questions asked. A full refund should have been issued, and, if given the chance, that is what we intend to do.
