I listened to this advertisement on a Christian radio station, after making two payments I needed to talk about my account but never could reach anyone. I've attempted to contact them leaving messages, and ironically I have no trouble reaching the agents to sign up. In have learned that just because you hear services offered on your favorite station doesn't mean they are reputable. I will have to cancel my debit card with my credit union and follow up with my state attorney general.

Review: I hired Safe Credit solutions to lower my credit score. For 6 months I paid them 150$ a month for which they sent me all kinds of reports showing how high my credit score had gone. All of which I have proof of. A few weeks ago I applied for a car loan and all my credit scores came back significantly lower than I have been told.Desired Settlement: Refund of all services provided 6 mos time 150$ = 900$

Review: I called their services to repair my credit, Mr. Alex C[redacted] falsely promised me to repair my credit score in less than a year. I used to check their website to check if my credit score was good and when I required him to send me my actual credit score he sent me a paper stating that it was over 630,when I took that paper to a company named [redacted] they said that that was not the score that I had..it was below the number they gave to me. I started calling Mr Alex but always other people talked to me. I stop paying for the service and they started debit my husbands checking acct.that I used once for a ONE TIME PAYMENT. at this point I don't know what my credit score is and I feel helpless because I need a good score in order to rent a house for my family.Desired Settlement: I want my money back because they only remove a few things that was affecting my credit but my credit score still the same. Why they just took my money if they couldn't do what they promised me?
