[redacted], came to my house in [redacted] as per my request due to a leak in my ceiling that was due to a problem with my roof. He fixed what he thought was the problem. Turns out that it happened again and this time the leak was worse then before. My rug had to be taken up, my ceiling is open and a mess. I called [redacted] to come and evaluate the problem again. He did come and said he believed the problem was with the siding and the water was getting in through there. He said he would be back to fix it as soon as the weather let up as there was a lot of rain. I waited until the rain subsided and called [redacted]. I left numerous messages to his cell phone and his company. This went on for months!! Last time I spoke to a woman and she said, "I don't understand why he hasn't gotten back to you." Still, no reply from [redacted]. So, I am left with a hole in my ceiling, mildew build up, wall paper hanging off my walls. I have my Son that I take care of and it's just the two of us....I wonder if I had had a husband to call if he would have gotten back to me. I am so, so, disappointed in this company!!Desired Settlement: I would like someone from this company to repair the leak that was supposed to be repaired in the beginning.

I received a complaint through Revdex.com about a leak you have. If you recall, when I came to your house to check out a leak, I let you know that the upper roof needed to be replaced due to the condition of the shingles and installation of the prior contractor. I take responsibility for my work, I fixed a specific section which stopped the original problem on your lower front roof. When I told you the cost to replace the upper roof, you told me your tenant stopped paying you rent and you had no money. I've gone out of my way several times and worked on your roof for no charge, and now you expect me to fix all of your leaks for free. If I could I would. However, I have a family, and responsibilities to run the company in a professional manner. I have never had anyone complain about my service or work so I'm very concerned and interested in satisfying your roof problems, but replacing the upper roof is the only approach to take by me. Please call and we can talk.
