Safe Air responded quickly to our service call during the dog days of summer. Evon at their service center answered my questions well and her supervisor ( whose name eludes me now) was responsive as well. William, their tech, was knowledgeable and proficient and fixed our problems. They have nice equipped service vans and their techs are clean and neat and wear uniforms. Over all as an owner of rental properties I have come in contact with many tradesmen and Service Air did a commendable job.

Awesome! Fantastic work, very professional. The work for replacing the entire system was completed less than 8 hours and within 2 hours it was nice and cool from the 90 degree temp that it was when they finished.

Safe Air did a great job of letting me know when their technician, William, would arrive. He was courteous and efficient. He explained the problem and the solution in a way that I could understand. The A/C is now working like a charm, and I am very pleased.

They were long on promises and very short on delivery. Left my house a mess. Workers walking around my house with no shirts on Caught them going into my bedroom for no reason. Was offered 24 month no interest financing. Then caught them trying to add about $700.00 to the total. Said it was fees from finance company. Finaince company said no they didn't have any fees.

Last week Wednesday, one of our AC units went🥵. We were referred to Safe Air, LLC. The response was immediate, within a couple of hours a representative was over and we agreed on a deal to replace both of our AC units. By weekend end, both units were removed and replace without any air conditioning disruption or inconvenience. The two furnace in the attic look extraordinary, the whole job was done in a very efficiently and clean manner. We are extremely satisfied, and had a great experience with Safe Air. We are also very happy😁 with the negotiated price 🤑 for two brand new systems🥶. Moving forward, we will recommend Safe Air to our family and friends.

Wednesday June 10th 2020 we received a visit from Mr. Kal who introduced us to some wonderful AC units, explained the entire packages and what all it entailed, we were very happy with Mr Kal's synopsis of all the deals, what we might need and should receive, after we were able to strike a deal on the same day. On Thursday, June 11th 2020 the installation team arrived and made sure the new unit was fully operational and satisfactory to us. We would highly recommend Safe Air LLC to our family and friends when needed. Thank you Safe Air LLC for making our home cool again.

They were on time, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. The technician Brian was awesome. He went informed and showed me everything that was wrong with my a/c unit. He went from checking the air flow and temperatures coming from the vents to breaking down the a/c unit piece by piece. One of the best techs I've ever met.
