Yes we have spoken with MS [redacted] on several occasions pertaining to this issue and have already spoke with DOL on this matter too although no names of the customer were given We are not trying to hide behind DOL but we are required to be in compliance with the State and follow the laws set forth as are the customersTo my understanding this it is not just a matter of rescheduling drives for that is not or has never been an issue for us we are always understanding about a customer’s needs and have always been workable with rescheduling and are very willing to do so as long as they are within DOL guidelines, we are also willing to let the student if needed make up to hours of missed class time as long as its due to an emergency or illness which is also DOL guidelines and our contract, and yes there is also a day course completion so as long as all these things are done within that days and in a contiguous manner and fall within DOL compliance then we do not have any issues But it is to our understanding it is more than that The problem on our side is all the several different times they are requesting off and the days missed from class if not due to an illness or family emergency is not acceptable to DOLIt is a commitment not taken lightly in order for the student to succeedSo if she stated it was due to a family emergency or he was sick then DOL considers that as an excused absence and is okay for us to approve but only up to a total of hours and any time missed must be made up, but unexcused absences are beyond our control if they so choose to say take a vacation which DOL considers that an unexcused absence then that is out of my control So the only way for their child not to get suspended was to offer them an alternative to transfer into another class if they so choose to go on vacation which she was informed of this The wellbeing and safety of a student when they do drive will also depend on the importance stressed of this course by his parents and his success in this course depends on it being done in a contiguous manner To address the other issue of online payments, we make it mandatory to read and mark the acceptance of the Parent Student contract in which all the terms and conditions the laws and guideline are stated They are also stated and discussed with all the parents and students at a parent student orientation held on the first night of classIt states all of these issues presented online in the contract I would however recommend they speak directly to DOL themselves for better or different explanation for I don’t believe the complaint is really with our company but the laws set forth that we have to follow that they don’t understand even after explanation from us and after reading RCW’s and Wac’s I think they would be more pleased hearing it from the ones that actually formed the rules I would be more than happy to help further if needed but I’m sure they will feel more comfortable and believing after speaking with the source DOL

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because"
Ah, Safe2Go driving, you are the reason that such services like the Revdex.com and PayPal's Buyer Protection Policy was created.  You have an uncanny ability to twist facts.
I have attached a copy of my email thread with Safe2Go and their "policy" within.  Safe2Go changed their response verbiage from their actual policy.  I did not randomly show up at DOL.  Rather 3 days after the deadline they provided me that it would be entered.  I provided my daughter's DOL number the day I registered her for this class.  I also even called your office to confirm that you submitted it and you failed to return my phone call.  Nevertheless, changing facts is the karma that you have to face, not I.
As far as my refund, luckily I paid with PayPal so I am covered by their purchase protection policy.  As of today, my case is still "awaiting sellers response". After 10 days if PayPal doesn't hear from you, I will get my money back if full.  I could have my money back quicker if you responded, but I'm sure you're trying your best to be difficult for submitting this Revdex.com complaint.  That's fine, I'll wait.
What I find most amusing about your response, is your keen ability to penetrate DOL.  What takes the rest of the world 3 hours in a local office to complete, you can accomplish by a quick phone call on a Friday afternoon.  And you are ready to assure the world that there isn't a complaint being filed against you. Lol.  Man, you must have some good contacts within DOL.
For the rest of the potential customers reading this review, I would suggest taking your drivers training elsewhere.  The DOL rep told me that I was the 4th person in 2 days that had problems with Safe2Go and that was the reason that DOL was logging a complaint against them.  I'm just passing the information along.  This is probably why they are NOT Revdex.com accredited.

Sincerely,[redacted]

Yes we have spoken with MS [redacted] on several occasions pertaining to this issue and have already spoke with DOL on this matter too although no names of the customer were given.  We are not trying to hide behind DOL but we are required to be in compliance with the State and follow the laws set...

forth as are the customers. To my understanding this it is not just a matter of rescheduling drives for that is not or has never been an issue for us we are always understanding about a customer’s needs and have always been workable with rescheduling and are very willing to do so as long as they are within DOL guidelines, we are also willing to let the student if needed make up to 6 hours of missed class time as long as its due to an emergency or illness which is also DOL guidelines and our contract, and yes there is also a 90 day course completion so as long as all these things are done within that 90 days and in a contiguous manner and fall within DOL compliance then we do not have any issues.
But it is to our understanding it is more than that.  The problem on our side is all the several different times they are requesting off and the days missed from class if not due to an illness or family emergency is not acceptable to DOL. It is a commitment not taken lightly in order for the student to succeed. So if she stated it was due to a family emergency or he was sick then DOL considers that as an excused absence and is okay for us to approve but only up to a total of 6 hours and any time missed must be made up, but unexcused absences are beyond our control if they so choose to say take a vacation which DOL considers that an unexcused absence then that is out of my control.  So the only way for their child not to get suspended was to offer them an alternative to transfer into another class if they so choose to go on vacation which she was informed of this.  The wellbeing and safety of a student when they do drive will also depend on the importance stressed of this course by his parents and his success in this course depends on it being done in a contiguous manner.
To address the other issue of online payments, we make it mandatory to read and mark the acceptance of the Parent Student contract in which all the terms and conditions the laws and guideline are stated.  They are also stated and discussed with all the parents and students at a parent student orientation held on the first night of class. It states all of these issues presented online in the contract.
I would however recommend they speak directly to DOL themselves for better or different explanation for I don’t believe the complaint is really with our company but the laws set forth that we have to follow that they don’t understand even after explanation from us and after reading RCW’s and Wac’s I think they would be more pleased hearing it from the ones that actually formed the rules.
I would be more than happy to help further if needed but I’m sure they will feel more comfortable and believing after speaking with the source DOL.

RE: Customer complaint that we did not have the waiver entered when she went to dol. Waivers are always entered but not sooner than 10 days prior to class start date and also before the first day of class. We are sorry that the parent...

did not confirm this prior to going to dol as others do but it was also not during business hours to where we could have assisted her. When she called back during business hours we were able to assist her immediately and also entered the waiver while the customer was on the phone so they could get her permit prior to class start date.
Once we completed that for the customer they then asked for compensation for having to go to dol again to get the permit. When we informed her that there is no kind of compensation to offer her for that she then stated that if we didn’t give her any compensation she would take her daughter out of our course and wanted all her monies back so her daughter could go somewhere else.
We informed her that was not a problem and we will take care of it immediately and that her daughter is no longer registered in the course per her request. We would also refund her immediately minus the administrative fee of 60.00 which was in her accepted contract. After this she still applied at the dol after requesting her daughter to be cancelled from our course and using the waiver we provided to get a permit for her daughter.
After this the customer then wanted to re-register her daughter in the course to prevent paying the 60.00 fee but we decided it would be better to reverse her fee in full including the 60.00 and not allow re registration to avoid any further unpleasantly for her and us both since she was so unhappy, but while trying to give her a refund through pay pal which we did immediately (same day as her request) we were unable to do so because the customer had already her self-processed an expiated refund request through pay pal so because of this it’s now in review through pay pal and her credit card provider and funds for this are now unavailable for 10 days. We will gladly refund her monies in full as soon as pay pal releases the funds.
Please note that if the customer is giving correct information I would like to state that the dol would not process a complaint on this matter.  But out of concern for false information I did call dol and there is no such complaint. The only law that applies to this is that a waiver cannot be entered prior to 10 days of class start date.
Kindness of Regards
