I have been trying to get warranty service on a tablet with a 5 year paid service policy. I spoke verbally twice with a person at their office. He absolutely lied to me on getting back to me. Both occasions he was polite but a complete fraud. It's been three weeks on the second request and 6 weeks on the first. He said his name was Andrew but he hesitated when I asked so I don't believe that. Now, seeing all these other complaints, I would not trust them to ship my product back if I get the RMA to send it to them. FRAUD. I think they sell these warranties and intend NOT to honor them. I am sending the NY Attorney General a Letter regarding them with my warranty data.

Warranty repair was requested on Aug. 16 and sent e-mails also trying to get my GPS repaired. I also purchased this GPS due to the 5 year warranty included. I also would like a response from Safco Service as I also would like to know what I have to do to get this taken care of.Warranty # G6048. Review: My wife has emailed them eight times since April of 2015 and called them numerous times. The email they gave her to send in the warranty issue and reciept of purchase was not a valid email. They do not return calls when you leave a message even though they say they will, nor do they return emails from their head office. We have a 5 year warranty for a garmin GPS that needs to be repaired.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by the company or have a valid email so that I can send in the information that they said is necessary in order for them to approve the repair. Then I need to have my GPS repaired or a refund.

Review: Warranty repair was requested on a GPS starting in October 2015. After multiple e-mails and phone calls we still do not have the information needed to repair our GPS. I purchased this GPS because it had a 5 year warranty included.Desired Settlement: I would like to have Safco Servicve live up to the warranty that was purchased. A simple e-mail would give us the information needed to repair the GPS.
